Cannot log in or get reset password email

Hi, I'm unable to log into the Sephora website and the system will not send me the reset password email. I get this error when inputting my password, which I know is right: "Token expired or random number not match. Please try again."

This has been happening for months. Before it would prompt me to log in, but I was already logged in and it would allow me to switch my password through account settings. Now I cannot even do that.

This doesn't make me feel like my account is very safe. The system cannot even log me in half the time I want to use the website.

I also can't log into my account. I'm using a different account right now to say this because it won't let me if I'm not logged in. but anyways, I've been trying to reset my password for Sephora for so long. I have the right email, and I know I had an account with that email because I've purchased multiple things on it. whenever I click the email it sends me to a place where I can reset my password. after I type the password I want, it won't let me reset it. I've been clicking the reset password button multiple times and it's just not working.

This is happening to me too. I literally just reset my password and I know I have the correct username and password, yet it says it is wrong and will not log me in. When I type in all my CORRECT information to reset my password, it says my account information does not match their records.
