Cannot check out

I have been trying to check out for the past 2 days, first trying with PayPal, then trying with card. It just sits there and doesn't allow me to go past the shopping basket screen. I've cleared cookies and cache, removed my eBates extension, disabled AdBlock Plus. I've tried Mozilla, Chrome, eBates app, Safari. Nothing is working. I don't want to call in my order because I want the 8% cash back. Is there no other workaround for this issue?
