Cannot add to basket

Every time I try to add a product to my basket, I click into the basket and it’s gone. I’ve tried a PC, the app, and safari on my iPhone. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear this! On your web browser, can you please clear your cookies and cache? You may need to look up how to do this on your specific device. On your Sephora app, can you please uninstall and reinstall the app? Please let us know if you're still experiencing this issue afterwards. Thank you!
