Cannot add beauty offers or certain items from rewards bazaar

It’s been a couple days now and I haven’t been able to add beauty offers/rewards to my cart. Any offer I try to add I get this: Sorry, the promotion you have entered has expired or has run out of inventory. Please select another promotion code“ and certain items in the rewards bazaar are coming back with: “One of provided SKU is wrong or cannot be found. Check your request again.”

 

I have tried:

  • emptying my cart and starting again 
  • signing out and signing back in of my account on both the app & website
  • updating the app 
  • deleting the app and reinstalling it
  • restarting my device 

but I’ve had no luck!

I’m having this issue as well. I want to add a rewards bazaar item worth 100 points and I have well over 1000 points but I keep getting the error message “Input contains non BI Rewards. Please remove them.” What does this mean and how can I add the item to my cart to complete my purchase?

My apologies! If you're in Canada, can you please try switching to the US site, then back to Canada? 

 

If you're using the app, please click your name/photo icon near the bottom of the screen, then scroll down to App Settings. Please switch to US, then back to Canada. If you're using the web browser, please exit the checkout area, and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. Please switch to the US, then back to Canada. 

 

If the issue persists afterwards, please let us know!

I tried your methods and am still not able to add the benefit roller lash mascara reward to my cart. I wanted this trial size so much that I decided to make a purchase just to be able to  redeem my points for this. If I’m not able to add this item I will not be making my purchase.

Just adding that this has been happening to me all weekend.  I'm Rouge status and have tried on the OMGSamples, La Mer, Ouai, and the Salt and Stone one posted this morning.  Each time I jump on it trying to submit my order and always receive the message that the code is expired or out of inventory.  

 

Decided to try to chat with Sephora and was told to try a different device.  I've tried my cell and two different PCs (work and personal); tried inconito mode and clearing cookies.  

 

Why aren't the CSRs who chat with us told that there's a known issue?!

Good to know it’s not just me. I can’t even add samples, I’ve placed 3 order since Friday with no samples or beauty offers.

I have been experiencing the same issue for the last two days now! I have tried all of the same things, and tried any and all rewards/promio codes, and all of the come back with the same error/out of stock message, despite one reward in the offer section having just been posted a few minutes ago. This is becoming increasingly frustrating!
