Cannot Redeem Birthday Gift

I have been trying to place an online order to redeem my birthday gift as my birthday was this month and it will not let me add it to my order. I read other posts that said it will be available at checkout but unfortunately it was not there. I have gone through the birthday email and was still not available in the checkout.

I had the same issues! It said my birthday gift is available but I can not add it to my basket, I want to order it as soon as possible because I don't want to miss the coupon. Please help me solve the problem, thank you.
