Canda Post strike and returns

I would like to return an item I purchased on 16th October , the return window will close soon. Unfortunately I am not able to make a return to the store, I'm a disabled person. Will Sephora make an exception to their return policy for all the customers who are still within the "60 days of purchase" period ,but are unable to make a return due to Canada Post strike? Any help will be much appreciated.
