Cancelled orders?

I recently placed two orders and purchased the flash shipping so I could get my stuff in two days. I went to sephora today and bought more stuff and I wanted to check how many points I had. To my surprise I lost points and both my orders were cancelled. What do I do now? Do I just wait and hope for the best or what can I do?
