Cancelled order

So I wanted to try out some new lip balms or glosses so I added a mini tarte lip gloss balm and a day later I got an email saying that it was canceled ? I didn’t cancel the mini tarte  and I really wanted that sample and it said I canceled it and I would like a different sample of a lipgloss or perfume because I was excited  to get it ,
