Cancelled order without refund

My ordered was placed on Sep 2, got cancelled by the store. I noticed my credit card was charged, so I wait for few days and contact the online customer service, they told me I need to wait for 7 days to get it.

ok I wait for 3 weeks, nothing happened. I contacted online customer service on Sep 26, she advised refund was processed by store, it’s different system, so I need to call the store for further detail. I then called this morning (9/27), store manager advised they can only fulfill orders, I need to contact online customer service. Which I did AGAIN, got an answer, refund was done on Sep 2, they need to resend notification to my bank which I doubt my bank will block my refund. So I contact bank today, nothing was pending for refund that my bank can see on this credit card.  I feel very frustrated, I need to wait for this long, and still can’t get refund for the cancelled order (cancel by Sephora), what can I do to make Sephora realize my frustration? I got different story each time, this must have something to do with Sephora end that caused the delay. Please help!!!
