Cancelled order with gift card

I bought the peaches and dream set from too faced and it was $70 w tax. My order got cancelled because it was out of stock but I had already ordered and paid for it w my gift card (bc I don’t have a credit cardyet). I’m guessing that all the money went back onto the gift card but Ialready threw it out. I lost $70. What do I do?
