Cancelled order still pending on paypal

I cancelled an order because I forgot to add a promo code and quickly made a new order. The problem is, the cancelled order was still charged to my credit card, and on PayPal it is ‘Pending’ and ‘Authorization in Progress’. 

I don’t want to wait for 30 days for Sephora to release the funds.

 

please help.
