Cancelled order still being charged through Afterpay

I am frustrated beyond belief at this point. I placed an order through Sephora 2 weeks ago and chose to pay with Afterpay. This was all gifts for my daughters for Christmas. As soon as I placed the order I realized my old address was on file (I moved recently) so I cancelled the order immediately. I received an email from Sephora saying that my order was cancelled. Afterpay however took the initial payment of $122. I have been fighting for 2 weeks to get my money back and neither Sephora nor Afterpay will help me, and now I will be charged again for the next payment. I have had refunds through Afterpay with other companies and had no issue getting it. I have NO IDEA why Sephora is dropping the ball with its customers and not giving Afterpay the information it needs to cancel the order on their end. I have seen posts from many customers about the same issue and Sephora just doesn't care. I commented on another post about this topic and I had a MOD contact me and say the issue would be fixed...still nothing and now more money will be taken from me. For items that weren't even ever shipped. And I still need to reorder my daughters Christmas gifts but can't until I fix this issue. Sadly two of the items I had originally ordered are now sold out as well. 
This is a MESS!! At a time like this when finances are already tight for many people...customers should NOT be paying for an order that was cancelled still 2 weeks later. This is absolutely unacceptable. 
Has anyone that has dealt with this before been able to even get a response? And how long did it take to fix the issue? I've reached out to both Sephora and Afterpay and while Afterpay blames Sephora and says they need to fix it, Sephora won't even respond. HELP!!
