Cancelled order refund

I placed an order this morning for two items one of which was cancelled because it was out of stock. I cancelled my whole order altogether and it said I wouldn’t have been charged for what was out of stock but it did charge me and I haven’t gotten my money back. I was just wondering if this was normal and my money would be refunded soon?

I'm sorry for the trouble! You will not be charged for the cancelled order, but you may be seeing a temporary hold on the funds. The temporary hold will typically reverse within 1-7 business days, and the total amount of time depends on the bank. Thank you!
