Cancelled order and refund

I placed an order earlier March 10 and it was cancelled a few hours after. I paid it thorugh my credit card and I still haven't received the money back because it's "pending." How long will it take to get the refund back into my account? Thank you!

Hi @asdfghjkljane Normally when an order is cancelled, the authorization is reversed and drops from your account within 24-48 hours. I'll take a look and send you a message with more information.

Hi I placed an order july 7 and they cancelled it on the 10th. How long should I wait before my money is reverse back on my debit card. I called sephora and they told me that I was not yet charged and it is just for authorization, but then I am explaining to them that the money has already been takeb out of my card since July 7.

hi did you already get your refund from Sephora.

Yes I did. But in my case I used my credit card. So I got refunded less than a week after it was canceled
