Cancelled order/ Afterpay refund

I cancelled a pick up order where I used Afterpay but I have not been refunded yet and the next charge is scheduled to come out soon. I cannot pay for items I never received. I opened a dispute on Afterpay but it says they’re waiting on Sephora to respond. I’m hoping this post speeds up the process. This is very unfortunate. It’s been over a week and still nothing. Any suggestions?

@DiarraKei I'm sorry for the confusion! It can take up to 14 business days for this to update with Afterpay.
