Cancelled Order with Birthday Gift

Hi, I have placed an order with the wrong address. Luckily we have been able to cancel my order and I got a refund back but the order included my birthday gift and I cannot claim it again. I am unable to see it in my account again. I would appreciate it if you can help me with that!
