Cancelled Order - Payment Confirmation

This is my 3rd time placing an order. The first two were cancelled and an email was sent to me saying "For your own security and protection, we have cancelled your order #*********** because we were unable to confirm your payment information. We have included the order information below so that you can review the details of your order."

 

Please assist me on assuring that the 3rd order will be pushed through. All the details are confirmed correct. I am abroad and a friend will bring me my package so I have a concern with time.
