Cancelled Order Not Refunded

I placed an order about two weeks ago and it was canceled because the items in the order were out of stock. I was still charged $20.69 to my PayPal account, which I still haven't received back because it's "pending." Is there a way that I can receive a refund or credit for this canceled order?

Finally did you get a refund? The same happened to me but because i live outside US it will take a billing cycle ( about 1 month ) to refund. I really need it now and wonder if i would actually get a refund. I'm so frustrated now as all i ordered 4 times and all 4 orders were canceled.
