Cancelled Gift Item

Hi,

 

Happy new year, everyone! 

I need help with a situation. An order was placed 3 days back with a FREE birthday gift of my choice (MoroccanOil Set) but today I received an email stating the item has been canceled as it's out of stock (other items are shipping). Can someone please tell me what my options are now?

 

Is it possible to check if that's out of stock just online or store as well?
