Canceled samples

Two of my samples in my first order were cancelled and not replaced with anything else, I missed out on other promo codes I could have used instead to use the one for five samples instead of three. How can I choose two other samples to add?

22865422210 also my urban decay all nighter mini size was cancelled as well but it’s not showing out of stock on the website so I’m guessing it was just the special holiday edition, that was the main reason for my order and I’m not able to get to a store so now if I want it I have to pay shipping on it for a separate order and I’m not very happy with that. I’ll gladly pay the $15 for the mini size again if you can somehow get me that and the two samples with no shipping
