Canceled order

2 orders now canceled, no explantion, no notice. And now I don’t get the promo of samples I wanted, or get my product when I needed.  Ridiculous. I’ve never had a problem like this with any other retailer, and by reading all the community posts, I’m not the only one who has this issue. When I called she did put my order through again, so we will see if it works. Customer service tried to tell me because of an issue with my Sephora account. What does that even mean?!
