Canceled order

I placed an order on the first day of the “10 days of mystery samples”, I just got an email saying they canceled my order. I’m super upset about this because I honestly didn’t need the product I was ordering and placed this order mostly for the drunk elephant sample which is now unavailable. This is NOT good customer service and not what I expect from an experience with Sephora. I’m very unhappy right now.

SAME! 3 ordereds now cancelled, no explantion, no notice. And now I don’t get the promo of samples I wanted. Ridiculous. I’ve never had a problem like this with any other retailer, and by reading all the community posts, I’m not the only one who has this issue.

I’m definitely seeing this more and more recently. It’s ridiculous, even more upsetting is that its looks like once someone becomes rouge they start having more of these issues. I’m beyond upset, I didn’t even need the eyeshadow I ordered, I wanted the sample. They already “replace” the samples I choose with my orders about 50% of the time. Why are we even bothering to pretend they give samples that we choose? Really what happens is they swap out what they want when they want to and give us excuses for the poor customer service.
