Canceled order

I've been trying all year to place an order online and they always cancelling because apparently my billing adress or order information is wrong when its absolutely false, I've checked my information twice before placing an order, and another thing I've noticed its that they always cancel orders that are more than $300. and the worst part its that they don't even return my money! Last year the same thing happened and after 4 months my money was never returned and I called my bank and they told me that the store never returned the money! What's wrong? And in january the same thing and no money back. I think its time to stop buying from this store 😞
