Canceled order with birthday gift

Hello, 

I canceled an order with the birthday gift promo because I needed to modify my shipping address. Now, I am unable to add the birthday gift to the new order. Is there anyway to fix this? Thank you!

I apologize for the trouble! Please call us at 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) prior to submitting your new order, and a Beauty Advisor will be happy to help with adding the birthday gift to the order.
