Canceled Same Day Subscription, But Still Charged

I canceled my subscription and the order the very same day I purchased it and within few minutes. I see it in my orders tab that both were canceled, however, the following month I was charged for same day subscription. I hadn’t opened the app nor purchased anything from Sephora till today and noticed that on 6th May, 2024 I was charged for the subscription that was canceled on 5th April, 2024 (the day I subscribed).

Thank you for getting back to me so fast.

I was able to resolve the issue via phone call with the customer service.
