Canceled Order and Gift Card Discarded

I recently place a pick-up order through the app. Assuming that my order had been placed and confirmed, I discarded the gift card. I got a email 2 hours later indicating that only one item was available. I canceled the order as the only available item was not something I needed right now and I wanted to place another order in the following weeks to buy all the items in one go. However, I no longer have the gift card. I was wondering if it is possible to get the information of the gift card used for this order.

 

I used the live chat to get assistance. I told to call customer service for more assiatnce.

 

The first time I called I selected the customer service option and was not linked to repreasative and the call got shut.

 

The second time I was able to get in touch with customer service representative. She transferred me to the gift card service , but I got transferred to extension that does not exist.

 

The third time I called I selected the gift card service option and got linked reprenstative, I was told that to reach the customer service department  as they do not have access to my order details , got transferred but waited 2 minutes to get call disconeted again.

For the third call, I chose the gift card service option and connected with a representative, but I was told to reach the customer service department because they did not have access to my order details. I was transferred again but waited two minutes before the call disconnected.

 

I am wondering if it is possible to get help, as my attempts to seek assistance have been unsuccessful.
