Cancel the order

I need to cancel my sephora order because I accidentally ordered the wrong foundation. I called customer service and the guy told me I “need to wait 3 hours then call back again to cancel.” This makes no sense as I read on the FAQ that you can cancel your orders if the status is “placed,” which mine is.

@ab0615 Have you reached out on the customer service forum here?  You may also want to try the "Chat" option in Customer Service.  I haven't tried to cancel an online order so I don't know why they would want you to wait 3 hours.
