I need to cancel my order as I've placed the wrong product

@Moumita1998, there's a short window of time where an order can be manually cancelled. Otherwise, you may return the item by mail or in-store once received. We're happy to check to see if your order can still be manually cancelled. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
