I need to cancel an order I placed online and there is not an option for me to do it

Hi @Anonymous! I am showing that a phone Customer Service agent was able to help! If you ever need to cancel an order in the future, please call us as soon as you can at 1-877-737-4672, as we generally only have a couple minutes to do so.

Call the customer service number provided on the website as soon as possible so they can attempt to cancel it for you!

@Anonymous There's only a small amount of time to change an order. With any company you need to call right away. Mods will probably see this too late and it helps to be posted in the Customer Service board not hair 😉
