Cancel my order

I made an order about 4 days ago and even paid like $30 so it would arrive between today and tomorrow. The order hasn’t even been processed. I wont be at this adress much longer and I really want to cancel my order but i tried emailing and it didnt work. Ive been waiting on the pobe for 15 minutes. Cam someone please cancel my order
