Cancel my order

I would like to cancel my order. It’s my first time ordering online through Sephora. I added some items, but I forgot add 1 item. When I checked an hour before on recent order page, but I couldn’t find my order or link.

I tried different way, help → Look up my order. The order was already “in Progress”, the order wasn’t available to me to be seen and couldn’t be cancelled. Now, the order is in the “in Progress” stage and I can’t cancel my order. Can I cancel them?
