Cancel flash shipping

How do I cancel my flash shipping subscription? Because I literally NEVER get my packages in 2 days EVER. And I don’t want to hear about COVID19 and I don’t want to hear you tell me to refer to what it says at checkout because I now screenshot that. I ordered this on SUNDAY NIGHT. So yes I’m frustrated AGAIN.

Sooooo I paid for a whole year of NOTHING? No packages to ever to get here in FLASH shipping? I’m done. I’ll never shop with this company again. Cancel the whole order. Call the postal service and get it back to you. And I know you can because I’ve had you all do it before. And I’m not in the mood to get a supervisor on the phone. It has literally sat in a warehouse for the past 2 days
