Cancel auto replenish

Hi, 

I’ve been trying to cancel my products that are on auto-replenish but it doesn’t work. Every time I go on auto-replenish on my phone, the page just stays blank. I tried removing the app and sighing out but still no luck. I tried on my computer and it’s the same thing. What can I do about it ?
