Cancel an order

Hi,

 

I have tried to cancel an order for 15 minutes now due to the shipping address being incorrect. I keep getting a message to "wait a minute" until after placing to cancel. I can't stay up and I know I only have an hour period of placing the order.

 

Please cancel so I can keep the shipping information correct
