Canadian postal code not recognized

This has been an ongoing problem for me since the spring and I haven't been able to shop online since then because of it. My shipping and billing addresses are different and whenever I try to check out the website claims that my postal code isn't valid, even though it's the Canadian website and my postal code is legit. This happens on the app and on the website and is really frustrating - is there a specific reason this is happening, and is there a solution forthcoming? Would love to once again be a loyal online customer.
