Canadian Sephora lack lustre?

After another week without the Weekly Wow deal, I decided to look over at the American Sephora. Not only do they have Weekly Wow deal happening, they also have significantly more Points rewards (right now Canada has 3 options and they only have rewards valued at 500 points). I also noticed they have more Promos available (with cooler products), have items that are out of stock on the Canadian website and carry significantly more brands. We also don’t have the option to subscriptions. Will Sephora step it up for Canadian customers?
