Canada post - what options?

Sephora ~ I ordered Xmas presents in Nov. and still haven’t got them. All other stores are using alternate methods of shipping. Do you intend to offer this to customers or do we have to cancel our orders?

I’m in the same situation. I placed an order on November 7th, a week before the strike, and my recipient still hasn’t received it. All I keep hearing is that they thank me for my patience…. Truly unbelievable. Every single other company has made alternative shipping arrangements or given refunds. I will not be shopping at Sephora any more this holiday season… I’m sorry you’re in this terrible situation too. Very unprofessional business practices. Profits over people. Shameful.
