Canada post strike

I’m really disappointed with Sephora’s handling of my order. I placed my order on November 11, well before the strike started, yet it was still shipped via Canada Post. Despite the tracking information indicating it should have arrived by November 19, it’s now been 20 days, and the status still just says “on its way.” I contacted customer service, but they’re not offering any resolution and refuse to refund me, even though they took payment from my credit card on November 15. I would like to cancel my order and receive a full refund, but there seems to be no solution in sight. This lack of accountability and customer care is really frustrating.
