Canada Post

Sephora always successfully processes my order within 2-3 business days but shipping always takes 5-6 days with Canada Post so the 2-4 days shipping turns into a week and a half - two weeks. Is there any chance Sephora will offer Express shipping via Canada Post or through another postal delivery? I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday; delivery was changed to Wednesday and on Wednesday it was changed to Thursday. I understand it’s a busy season for Canada post but on Sephora’s site it specifically says /“2-4 day shipping”/ and on Canada Post my delivery says 1-11 business days.

There is an express option. You have to pay for it. I live in AB and orders have frequently arrived same week after it's been shipped or if shipped Wed/Thurs/Fri, the following week. I don't mind waiting for free shipping no minimum.

I live 40 mins from Toronto and I've always received my packages within 2 or 3 days (including weekends) of ordering. I guess it depends on where you're located

That's weird..i'm about 40 mins from Mississauga and I get mine super quick when there isnt a shipping delay

I haven't ordered online since becoming rouge so that might be why. Same day shipping sounds amazing, I'm so jealous!!

I suppose it depends where you're located. I live very close to the city where the orders ship from, i'm Rogue also and I sometimes get my orders same day or next day. On the other hand I have a friend on the West Coast who is also Rogue and it takes up to a week for her to receive her orders. I dont think they ship air, just ground?
