Canada Post paperless returns

My printer is out of ink and I would like make mail return some of my orders. I contacted a CS rep to ask if a packing slip is still required for paperless/QR code returns as I was still asked to place a packing slip by the website.

I'm a bit confused as this defeats the purpose of paperless returns if I'm still required to print the packing slip. I'm at a loss.

Can someone please enlighten me on how exactly this QR code return thing works?

Hi @chioy,

No packing slip is needed. You will receive a QR code by email, which you can bring to the carrier so they can create the label for you. To start your return please visit: https://returns.narvar.com/sephora/returns?locale=en_CA
