Canada Post Order - Please Cancel!

The online shipping page stated that Sephora would be trying to not ship with Canada post and then my order shipped with Canada post anyway which obviously wont arrive before Christmas. Chat if offline so no help there.

Anyone in here from Customer service who can just cancel+refund my order ()? Canada post isnt going to pick it up.
