Can't use the code SALEONSALE"Must be logged into Beauty Insider account and purchase sale merchandise to qualify. Only available for orders shipping to the U.S. or Canada.,I don't know why????????? I live in LA. My billing/shipping address is USA. . My order has been cancelled 8 times for the last couple of months...I think my account was blocked.. Is there anyone can teach me how to fix it?

Did you make sure that the products in your basket were actually sale items @xxmercy @Anonymous? The code does not work on regular-priced products.
