Can’t use VIB discount code once I purchased my order and got upgrade to Rouge 😥

Hi, I was initially in VIB status but after I purchased one order. My points got bumped to 1400 to Rouge status. Now when I want to purchase more using the VIB code. I can no longer use it. But the Rouge discount code already passed and is expired, so that means I won’t be able to make another purchase. I still have some in my cart and really want to buy more during the sale season 😢 Thank you, Iris

Exactly. I'm pretty upset that I cannot shop the VIB sale with Rouge status. Items that I want which were not in stock last weekend are now and I cannot use the VIB 20% discount with rouge tier. I spend thousands at sephora every year and this really has me scratching my head wondering why, what's the point?

Hi, I have been a rouge member since it started.  I always wait for your holiday products, put them in my cart (hoping they don't sell out!) and wait for the holiday 20% off discount.   I was waiting for the sephora favorites 12 days to come out and it did yesterday.  Went to use the 20% off and now find out this year this weekend is only for VIB members!!  Not sure why you would do that to rouge members but I did email and got no response!  Is there anything you can do?  I have a ton of stuff in my cart!!!  Thanks!

Hi @turkscaico, the ROUGEBONUS promotion was valid for two weekends, 10/26 to 10/29 and 11/2 to 11/5. I am sending you a private message to help.
