Can’t track my order

Hello,

On Sephora’s homepage my order says ‘Shipped’ on Sep 4 but when I press the tracking button there is still no result and I didn’t got any email that says ‘shipped’ containing tracking number and other informations from Sephora. My order number is 

Plz check if there is any problem with my order. Thanks!
