Can't see the contents of my shopping basket online

I can't access the contents of my basket - this has happened before, and there's evidently items in there that were added sometime prior (there's an estimated total showing up) but I can't see any of it. I had hoped to make an order tonight. Is there any tech support available to resolve this issue?
