Can't retrieve eGift Card

I received an eGift Card from my aunt yesterday - got a text notification with a link where I'm supposed to enter my email to retrieve the card. Every time I put my email in, I get the following error message: "That challenge attempt failed. Please try again." What's going on?

Sorry to hear about that! All eGift Card purchases are made through our third party, CashStar. I recommend having the purchaser contact Cashstar by phone at (866) 286-1262 between 8am and 12am (eastern time) or via email at SephoraGiftcardSupport@cashstar.com for further assistance. Thank you!
