Can’t redeem reward points

I’m wanting to check out but I also want to redeem my rewards points and get my birthday gift but it keeps saying “currently unavailable”. I don’t want to check out until I can redeem. What’s going on?

Having the same issue. Can choose a birthday gift but cannot see any other rewards
