Can’t redeem reward bazaar points??

I have 299 points but the 250 point items in the rewards bazaar are grayed out but the 100 point items are not. How do I fix this?

@Bea712 Sorry about that! Please try switching to the Canadian side of the app, then back to the US side to refresh your basket. Please click your name/photo icon, then scroll down to App Settings. Please click Canada, then switch it back to US. If the issue persists afterwards please let us know.
