Can’t redeem promo

So I wanted to but the 100ml Saint perfume from KVD and the page says there is a bonus gift that goes with it but whenever I try to use the code it says out of inventory and beeb trying this for many days. What’s the deal here? It it really is out of stock why has it been up still for weeks/months?
