Can't redeem my perfume certificate

Hi, I'm having a trouble redeeming my scent certificate from Sephora Favorites. I have the scent in my cart but when I try to input the promo code it says it's invalid. Can you help me to solve this problem, please?

I'm sorry for the issue with redeeming your scent certificate! Sometimes the number 1 can be mistaken for a capital letter I in the code.
